‘Pumpless pumpovers’. Wines are moved from the bottom to the top of tanks without pumps, thanks to a gravity-based bucket system. This allows us to extract all the colour and characteristics of our grapes to achieve more structured, rounded, easy-to-drink wines.

Elimination of phenols
Oxidisable phenols in white wine must are eliminated before fermentation in order to obtain white wines with longer life.
